| Recipients of The Toy Man® "Seal of Approval" achieved an overall evaluation category rating average of [3-5] Stars, using a 1-5 scale evaluationcategory model, with "5" being for the best. Each applicable category for a product in evaluation has its own score. All category scores are averaged out to establish the final evaluation score. |

| The Toy Man® Award of Excellence" is qualified for when a product has a consistent evaluation category average of "4" or better, for 75% or more of the evaluation categories applicable to the product. |

| The Toy Man® "Editors Choice Award" is an exclusive award which is decided upon by the editor of The Toy Man® Product Guide. Just as our evaluation staff, our editorconducts his own personal evaluation of every product. He has his own evaluation scoring structure of a product. |

| The Toy Man® "bpaSafe™" Certified Seal" has been validated from independent lab-testing, that the levels of BPA in a product are within or lower than "safe" levels in accordance with current Federal standards. |
