Responsibilities
The editor is responsible for ensuring all segments of our product guide are in full operation. This includes ensuring all staff are on calendar for processing and evaluation of every product in accordance with evaluation criteria. This includes validation that the criteria sections being used for each product evaluation are applicable to said product type.
The editor has to write the posting for every new product that passes our evaluation procedure. This includes being the creator of all artwork for the website, seals, awards and certifications. |

Background
Our editor, Rev. James G.W. Fisher - AKA The Toy Man®, is responsible for ensuring all operations of our product guide are in full operation. He is responsible for making sure that all staff are keeping everything up to date and on schedule, to proper processing and evaluation of every product submitted for our review.
Most important of all, our editor has to write the posting for every new product that passes our strict evaluation procedure. Our editor is also the creator of all artwork for the website, seals, awards and certifications.
Each and every product submitted is carefully evaluated through in-house professional and consumer hands-on review. This careful and strict evaluation method all these years is what has helped our seals, awards and certifications retain the added value for products globally. |

Additional Details
In November 2011, Disneyland, in Anaheim, CA is "The Toy Man® Disneyland Experience" was first held. The Toy Man® had toys, games, toddler products and unique prizes given away to Disneyland guests every hour.
Every year there were exciting new events where The Toy Man® provided hands-on experience with products that were recipients of The Toy Man® Seal of Approval.

PLAY Across America
One of the most unique projects our editor developed was "PLAY Across America". The Toy Man® traveled from Los Angeles, CA to New York City on Amtrak with products from the event sponsors. Hands-on consumer evaluation and product giveaways occurred on every train! Articles were published Online throughout the trip as the train ride progressed, featuring images of the passengers playing with and examining the products!
The train portion of "PLAY Across America" arrived at it's final destination in NYC for Toy Fair New York. Everyone from the guests on Amtrak to the staff of the trains participated in playing a game and/or checking out one of the many products The Toy Man® made available. Everyone wanted an opportunity to PLAY. |

"During Toy Fair, NY, The Toy Man® used a power wheelchair equipped with a 27" flat screen TV on the back, along with a Bose speaker. It was designed to provide a video on the screen, featuring the products from each of the sponsors for "PLAY Across America" while at Toy Fair NY.
Several of the sponsors where exhibiting at Toy Fair NY yet there were others who used this as a more convenient way to get their product exposed at Toy Fair NY without being there." |
| The final element of "PLAY Across America" was putting a large portable Bose speaker to use in Times Square, blasting carefully arranged music in sync with the video on the screen on the power wheelchair. This approach even drew the attention of NYPD officers in Times Square, who stood there applauding to such an unusual experience. |

The Toy Man® Product Guide Pavilion
In 2012, The Toy Man® was responsible for the development and operation of The Toy Man® Product Guide Pavilion at the ABC Kids Expo 2012 in Louisville, KY.
